ChatGrid Editorial writes product comparisons and creator workflow guides. This page explains how we select sources, separate documentation from testing, disclose our commercial interest, and correct mistakes.

Our editorial standards
Start with the reader's decision
Each guide owns a specific question. Comparison pages help readers choose, pricing pages explain cost, and workflow pages teach a process. We avoid publishing near-duplicate pages for the same search intent.
Prefer primary sources
Volatile facts such as pricing, credits, trials, refunds, and feature availability are checked against current product pages, checkout pages, terms, and official help documentation whenever those sources are available.
Label the evidence
A documentation-based review is identified as such. We describe hands-on testing only when a member of the team completed the stated workflow, and we do not turn roadmap items into current features.
Show tradeoffs
ChatGrid publishes these guides and may appear in comparisons. Recommendations use stated criteria, include meaningful limitations, and acknowledge situations where another product may be the better fit.
Updates and corrections
